Perhaps you can do a Wolf Trax field test for us on the forum.

i dont think im good enough to do that zig. i dont think the 2 hours i had with it, is enough to give a good explaination. i wanted to get out to day but the guy in the sky would not stop pXXXXXg well lets just say he had to much to drink last night. hopefully ill get out tommorow. ill take a pen and paper and scribble a few things down. (bad memory) if there,s any thing you can add. that i can test ill give that a try and let you know the results. with half a days decent weather tommorow i might have something for you. but please dont expect 2 much. machine is a wolf but im no norfolk wolf not yet anyway regards wayne |

Really nice machine the Lobo's if you didn't mind the tone and though supersensitive there was always the question of the depth.
I would like to know if this aspect has been improved or not ie depth on medium and larger targets. (I didn't see the Searcher report either).
A mention of approx. depth on an old penny, pound coin etc and the type of soil your on.
Thanks, Brian |

| One of my tectin buddys has used Tesoro's for donkey's yrs, he recently tried the WT, and found no significant difference between it and his LST, so in his view its another piece of marketing hype, when really there is no real advantage over the LST.. But if your happy with it, thats all that matters really.. If the LST is set up properly the depth of the LST is no different to the WT. That test was done as part of my buddy's appraisal. So those of you who are considering it, save your money and get yourself a good s/hand LST. |
