| I see a few posts from Explorer guys using the new SEF coil , have any of you Sovereign users tried the SEF coil on your Sovs yet? or has everybody gone over to the dark side got a second mortgage and bought Explorers. I would be interested to see if anyone out there has used one on a Sovereign yet. |

No one wants to provide any figures over here. Though come to that I think it was Be Bop who had the first in the States, mid March, followed by Seeknfind who was starting testing his on the 24th (he's on the Finds forums). You would think a month would be long enough!
The F75 versions are in France and Dave has the first T2 one over there.
Meanwhile, back on the farm I've tried the new Detech Excellerator DD 10 x 14" which is suposed to give the Sovereign an extra couple of inches and did in air but I found no gain in ground. In fact a little less on small/cut hammered. Did turn up a nice Viccy half Sovereign with my Shadow though. |

| I would be interested to see if it has any depth advantage over my Wonderful Orange Thing on the Sovereign. |

No mistake...he's got an Explorer version and a passing mention of weight and it pinpoints well (for a larger coil) is hardly a field test.
Gary's after Sovereign information. |
